We had a sump pump that was seemingly defective. When we had American NW Plumbing come out to take a look, they effectively fixed the pump, and remediated the issue from happening again. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity of their technician!

Arrived ontime next day, to install new water, re-piped entire system to other heater, expansion tank etc. Totally impressed with quality of work, time it took. Highly recommend them.

Great response today from this company. Valerie and Brian came out early in the afternoon and did the necessary repair on our shower valve. The stem had broken off and it required a drill out to remove the cartridge. I had attempted to do the repair myself but did not want to do any more damage. These folks took care of the problem in a timely matter.
